What It’s Like to Work Here
We are a Minsk-based professional services firm working with international IT companies, fintech operators, investment funds, and corporate brands. Our practice areas cover accounting, payroll, EOR, recruitment, legal, and management services for foreign-owned businesses in Belarus.
The work is technical, the clients are international, and the standard is consistently high. Our team handles questions that range from a payroll calculation to a regulator’s request to the structure of a foreign subsidiary. The mix is what most colleagues tell us keeps them here: every week brings a different problem, and every problem is real.
We hire people who care about the quality of their work. Experience matters. So does the way someone treats a deadline, a colleague, and a client.
Who We Hire
We open positions across four areas — accounting and finance, legal, HR and recruitment, and technology. The roles range from internships and graduate-level positions to senior specialists and managers.
Most engagements ask for written and spoken English at a working business level. Our clients are headquartered in the US, UK, EU, UAE, and across Asia, and they read our reports and emails in English. We do not require fluency from day one in junior positions — but we do require willingness to work and grow in an English-language environment.
For students, our internship programme gives practical, supervised experience in accounting, law, HR, or technology, with a clear path to convert into a permanent position.

For most positions, yes. We work with international clients and most communication — reports, emails, calls — is in English. Senior roles usually require fluency. Junior roles ask for working business English and a willingness to grow.
A short call with HR, then one or two interviews with the head of the practice area, depending on the role. For technical positions, a written task or test case is part of the process. Most candidates know the outcome within two to three weeks of the first call.
Yes. Our internship programme runs in accounting, law, HR, and technology. Interns work on real client mandates under the supervision of a senior specialist. Many of our current colleagues joined as interns.
Most roles work hybrid — part of the week in the office, part remote. Some positions, particularly senior client-facing roles, expect more time in the office. The arrangement is agreed at offer stage.
Novovilenskaya street, building 38, office 21, Minsk. Twenty minutes by car or public transport from most parts of the city.
Send your CV anyway. We keep applications on file and reach out when a matching role opens. Many of our hires in the last two years came from this channel rather than from posted openings.

Unlike venture capital funds, angel investors usually act individually, risking their own money for promising ideas and teams that can impact the market. Registration as a resident of the High-Tech Park (HTP) is traditionally perceived as a tool for tax optimization and access to a special legal regime for IT businesses. In practice, however, the HTP’s approach to reviewing applications is not universal. Depending on the declared type of activity, different requirements apply to applicants, and for certain […]
