The client’s product organisation works with engineers; the operational layer runs in the background under a single contract.

The team is employed directly by SPEX under our EOR practice. Contracts, payroll, statutory contributions, and ongoing HR administration sit with us; the client retains full operational direction over the team.

The structure removes the need for the client to incorporate in Belarus, set up local payroll, or build an HR function on the ground. It also keeps the engagement reversible — scaling the team up, down, or out is a contractual change rather than a corporate restructuring.

For clients with an existing Belarusian entity, we run the team through that entity instead and provide the recruitment, payroll, and accounting layer around it.

How long does it take to assemble a dedicated team?

Can the team scale up or down during the engagement?

Yes. Composition is reviewed against the project’s evolving needs. Adding, replacing, or releasing team members is handled without renegotiating the contract. Notice terms are agreed at signing.

Who employs the team?

The default is direct employment by SPEX, either through our EOR practice or, where the engagement justifies it, through our High-Tech Park resident entity. The client does not need to incorporate in Belarus.

Who manages day-to-day delivery?

The tech lead is accountable for engineering output; the delivery manager is accountable for cadence, communication, and risk. The client retains full direction of priorities and the roadmap.

What technology stacks do you cover?

Most modern web, mobile, backend, data, cloud, and security stacks. Specialised areas — game development, blockchain, embedded systems, ML infrastructure — are supported through dedicated consultants familiar with those candidate pools.

How is the engagement priced?

Monthly recurring fee per team member, with the recruitment fee either amortised across the engagement or charged separately as a fixed retained fee. Both models are agreed in writing before research begins, with no hidden costs.

What happens if a team member leaves?

Replacement at no additional fee within the first sixty days. Beyond that, replacements are sourced under the existing recruitment terms with priority handling.

Do you handle legal, payroll, and accounting for the team?

Yes. Employment contracts, payroll administration, statutory filings, accounting, and ongoing compliance are delivered by our in-house teams under the same contract. The client works with one counterparty across the full operational stack.
