Dedicated IT Teams in Belarus
Our clients
When You Need a Team, Not a Headcount
Single hires solve narrow problems. A new product line, an offshore R&D centre, a backlog that has outgrown the in-house team — these need a complete delivery unit, recruited together, deployed together, and held to a single set of objectives.
A dedicated team in Belarus typically combines mid-level and senior engineers, a tech lead, a delivery manager, and the supporting roles the project actually requires — QA, DevOps, design, analysis. The team works under the client’s roadmap and reports into the client’s product owner. The legal employment, payroll, equipment, and HR administration sit with us.
For international product companies, fintech operators, fund-backed portfolios, and corporate brands, this structure delivers the throughput of a captive R&D centre without the cost and lead time of building one.
Composed for the Project, Not Pulled from a Bench
We do not maintain a bench of engineers waiting to be assigned. Each team is composed against the specific mandate: technology stack, seniority distribution, domain experience, working language.
Composition starts with the tech lead. The lead is identified first, briefed on the mandate, and then participates in the selection of the remaining roles. This single decision shifts a team’s quality more than any other.
Speed Without Compromising the Shortlist
Most clients come to us with a deadline. Our job is to hit it without dropping the standard of the people we present.
Direct search across the Belarusian and broader CIS market, an active candidate map maintained continuously rather than per engagement, and a senior consultant on every mandate — these are what compress the timeline.
Typical lead times: a senior individual contributor within three to four weeks; a complete five-to-eight-person team within six to ten weeks from briefing.
Project Teams That Own Delivery
A dedicated team is not a staffing arrangement. It owns delivery against the client’s roadmap, with a tech lead accountable for output and a delivery manager accountable for cadence, communication, and risk. The client receives the same level of project ownership as from an in-house team, and the same right to redirect priorities at any sprint boundary.
We handle the engagement layer that surrounds delivery: onboarding, equipment, access provisioning, performance management, retention, and replacement of any team member who underperforms or leaves. The client’s product organisation works with engineers; the operational layer runs in the background under a single contract.
Compliant Employment Without a Local Entity
The team is employed directly by SPEX under our EOR practice. Contracts, payroll, statutory contributions, and ongoing HR administration sit with us; the client retains full operational direction over the team.
The structure removes the need for the client to incorporate in Belarus, set up local payroll, or build an HR function on the ground. It also keeps the engagement reversible — scaling the team up, down, or out is a contractual change rather than a corporate restructuring.
For clients with an existing Belarusian entity, we run the team through that entity instead and provide the recruitment, payroll, and accounting layer around it.

FAQ
A senior individual contributor typically within three to four weeks of briefing. A complete five-to-eight-person team within six to ten weeks. Larger or specialised stacks may take longer; we commit to a written timeline before research begins.
Yes. Composition is reviewed against the project’s evolving needs. Adding, replacing, or releasing team members is handled without renegotiating the contract. Notice terms are agreed at signing.
The default is direct employment by SPEX, either through our EOR practice or, where the engagement justifies it, through our High-Tech Park resident entity. The client does not need to incorporate in Belarus.
The tech lead is accountable for engineering output; the delivery manager is accountable for cadence, communication, and risk. The client retains full direction of priorities and the roadmap.
Most modern web, mobile, backend, data, cloud, and security stacks. Specialised areas — game development, blockchain, embedded systems, ML infrastructure — are supported through dedicated consultants familiar with those candidate pools.
Monthly recurring fee per team member, with the recruitment fee either amortised across the engagement or charged separately as a fixed retained fee. Both models are agreed in writing before research begins, with no hidden costs.
Replacement at no additional fee within the first sixty days. Beyond that, replacements are sourced under the existing recruitment terms with priority handling.
Yes. Employment contracts, payroll administration, statutory filings, accounting, and ongoing compliance are delivered by our in-house teams under the same contract. The client works with one counterparty across the full operational stack.
